Bio

Michael Frank Marino is a writer and designer by night and a vital cog in the capitalist machine by day. He holds an MFA from the University of Baltimore and a BA in English from the Pennsylvania State University. His stories “We Were All Hiding from Something” and “Don’t Ask Me Where” were both finalists for the Glimmer Train Short Story Award for New Writers. His story “What Makes a Princess Anyway” appears in Nasty: An Anthology Celebrating Dark Spirits (Babe Press, 2017). He was the editor-in-chief of the 2017 issue of Welter. He grew up in rural Pennsylvania and now lives in suburban Maryland with his wife and four children.
